April 1st brings the spring flowers especially the Tulips. Tulip Festival has begun and Louise Magno and I have put together a 24 artist show at the Tulip Valley Winery located at 16163 State Route 536 Mount Vernon, WA. We are open everyday in April from 10AM to 6PM.

As the new year is beginning I have been trying new techniques and Ideas. Emerging backgrounds that look as though they were printed or dyed that way is giving me a new background to build upon. I just finished a week long workshop with Jane Dunnewold creating wonderful art cloth.
Wow! Look for some new things in my art coming up. We dyed and redyed fabric. We made stencils, silkscreens and stamps that we used to layer to the dyed fabrics. Each layer brought out a new look, now for using…(continue reading)

Well 2011 is here and the time to get all of my entry forms is progressing.
So far I have been accepted into the
Fremont Street Fair in June. June 18th and 19th in Seattle at the Fremont District and I am sure it will be fun.
